Helping Hull Dock Workers Secure Asbestos Compensation

In the decades following WW2, raw asbestos was regularly discharged at the Hull Docks. Dockers were not told that asbestos was dangerous and had no protective clothing or masks. Our solicitors have helped hundreds of Hull dock workers and their families secure compensation. We have also won claims for family members who have developed an asbestos-related disease after coming into contact with contaminated work clothes. We can help you make a claim where the employer is now defunct.

Maximise Your Compensation

At Graham & Rosen, we work to secure the maximum compensation possible for your asbestos-related illness. Compensation is awarded for pain and suffering, and for any loss of ability to perform daily activities. Additionally, we can seek compensation for:

  • Loss of income

  • Travelling expenses related to medical appointments

  • The cost of aids and home adaptations

  • Care costs, whether paid for or provided by family and friends

  • Help with household tasks

  • Pain, suffering and loss in fatal claims

  • Funeral costs

  • Bereavement awards

In certain Mesothelioma cases, it may be possible to claim for private medical treatment costs, such as immunotherapy, which may not be available on the NHS.
