We employ a secure, three-part storage system for all wills in our care:

• Physical – a physical copy of your will is stored securely in our fireproof strong room
• Digital – a scanned copy of your will is stored on our internal servers
• National – your will is registered with Certainty, the national database of wills

This belt and braces approach means that in the event of your death, your will can be quickly and easily found by the Executors of your estate. This helps to minimise confusion, whilst ensuring that your wishes are followed exactly.

Registering your will with Certainty, the national database of wills means that your will can be searched for by any legal firm in the country. In the event that you move away from the area, your chosen Executors will be able to locate and retrieve your will quickly and easily.
